Sweet Ginger Cakery is a one of a kind custom cake business based in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. At Sweet Ginger Cakery, we have a passion for all things cakes, and pride ourselves in creating cakes that not only look beautiful but taste AMAZING!
Sweet Ginger Cakery is the brainchild of Chef Emily. From her very first Easy Bake Oven, Emily has had a love for confections and all things sweets! Beginning her formal pastry education at just 14 years old, Emily attended North Montco Technical Career Center and studied Pastry Arts throughout her High School career. Emily has since gone on to get her Associates of Science degree in Pastry Arts from the prestigious Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
When she's not crafting the perfect confection for one of her clients, you can find Emily experimenting with new flavors and designs in her test kitchen, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and pets!
